During our Summer Session, you have the freedom to sign up by the class.
Choose from eight different workouts: Bootcamp, Cardio Blast, Guts, Butts & Thighs, Tabatas, Sip & Stretch, Barbell, Water Aerobics, and TRX. Mix and match based on your schedule, your goals, or simply what sounds fun that day.
It’s flexible. It’s social. And it’s the perfect way to stay strong all summer long.
