2026 Monthly Challenges

Every month, join a new fitness challenge designed to keep you moving, motivated, and engaged. Track your participation, challenge yourself, and see how far you can go.

  • Daily 550 Abs

    10 full sit-ups
    20 bicycles
    30 pike/plank
    40 legs lifts (up)
    50 elbow plank, move forward and back
    60 alternating single leg drop
    70 legs up and then out “the L”
    80 Russian twists
    90 crunches
    100 standing side bends with weights

  • Consume a minimum of 80 grams of protein per day.

  • Consume 64 oz. of water a day.

  • Close all 3 rings on your Apple watch every day.

  • The ultimate challenge is to combine January-April challenges.

120 Mile Club

Run or walk your way to 120 miles in 2026! Each month adds 10 miles. Start with 10 in January, 20 in February, and build up to 120 by December. Track your progress at your own pace and celebrate every milestone along the way. Perfect for all levels, every mile counts!
