As an ACE-certified personal trainer my goal is to give you a fun, safe, and effective personalized workout each and every time I meet with you. Worried about equipment? Worry no longer, I bring along balls, tubes, bands, jump ropes, free weights, medicine balls and even water weights if you desire to workout in your pool! The days we don’t meet I will prepare workout plans for you to do on your own at home or in your favorite gym setting.
