WHY SHOULD I PARTICIPATE IN NAPA'S ONLY BIKINI BOOTCAMP?

WHAT IF I'M NOT VERY PHYSICALLY FIT AND CAN'T KEEP UP WITH THE TEAM?
Whether you are a beginner or an avid fitness enthusiast this program allows you to feel like part of the team and where nobody is left behind nor asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Everybody will go home challenged! Women of all ages, body types, and abilities are encourages to participate. You will inspire and be inspired.
WHAT TYPES OF EXERCISES ARE INCLUDED IN BIKINI BOOTCAMP?
Quite simply EVERYTHING!! Each day is a different workout, and over the course of a week workouts will include a combination of cardio training (short/long distance running, short hill workouts, sprinting drills etc., cross-training (agility) and strength training (push-ups, dips, lunges, squats, step-ups an abdominal workouts). Each class ends with stretching. The intent is that most of the exercises by new to you. They are designed to add some flavor to your personal programs.
WHERE IS BIKINI BOOTCAMP IN NAPA?
Frankly, all over town in glorious locations overlooking the Napa Valley. Working out in the fresh air makes for great oxygen to your muscles and never leaves you bored or distracted. The hour you spend outside doing Bootcamp in Napa may very well be the only fresh air and exercise you get these days.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT RAINS?
We are all here to burn calories and we will do that rain or shine!! You will be surprised at what can be done in weather that you once thought was unbearable. *Safety will always be top priority. You will never be placed in a situation where the weather is a threat to your well-being.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO MISS A CLASS? WILL I GET A REFUND?
Unfortunately, refunds or credits cannot be given for missed Bikini Boot Camp sessions. Remember, this is a priority.
