About Bikini Bootcamp
Bikini Bootcamp is a four week program that incorporates diverse cross training techniques. These techniques are aimed at developing core strength, balance, agility and flexibility. Surrounded by the beauty of our beautiful parks, Bikini Bootcamp will challenge you to try something new.

Join Ines Donnelly, your personal trainer, and a small, private group of women in various parks in the beautiful Napa Valley! Bikini Bootcamp transforms Napa Valley’s largest outdoor playground into the "ULTIMATE WORKOUT SPACE".

What To Bring
We supply everything you need. Just bring H20, sunblock, hats and sunglasses and wear supportive & comfortable athletic shoes/apparel.

What if I’m not very physically fit and can’t keep up with the team?
Bikini Boot Camp is not your typical personal training experience. Ines, your personal trainer, has designed a functional-based program created specifically for women by a woman that is scalable to your fitness needs and levels. In the beginning of the program you will complete a series of muscular endurance and cardiovascular tests so that at the completion of the program you will see your hard earned results! Whether you are a beginner or an avid fitness enthusiast, this program allows you to feel like part of the team and nobody is left behind nor asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Everybody will go home challenged! Women of all ages, body types, and abilities are encouraged to participate. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Quite simply EVERYTHING!! Each day is a different workout, and over the course of a week workouts will include a combination of cardio training (short/long distance running, short hill workouts, sprinting drills etc.), cross-training (agility), and strength training (push-ups, dips, lunges, squats, step-ups and abdominal workouts). Each class ends with stretching. The intent is that most of the exercises be new to you. They are designed to add some flavor to your personal programs.

What happens when it rains?
We are all here to burn calories and we will do that rain or shine!! You will be surprised at what can be done in weather that you once thought was unbearable.

*Safety will always be top priority. You will never be placed in a situation where the weather is a threat to your well-being.

What happens if I need to miss a class? Will I get a refund?
Unfortunately refunds or credits cannot be given for missed Bootcamp sessions. Remember this is a priority!
